She's so cutting edge and ahead of her time, isn't she? For her upcoming Greatest Hits album or something (honestly, who can keep up?) Madonna adds none other than Lil Wayne to her song "Revolver." This of course comes after 2008's great "Hard Candy" on which hip-hop gone pop stars Pharrell and Chad, Timbaland and Kanye West guest.Despite all their fantastic contributions to a really fun album, we couldn't help but noticing though that Ms. Donna was just a wee bit late (seven years, roughly) to the Timbaland/Neptunes party. (Cue Miranda Priestly. "A dance track with Timbaland? Groundbreaking.")
And now she's duct-taped Lil Wayne, who of course was last year's buzz, onto a Britney leftover.
