No. Well, yes, technically. It all depends on how OK you are (you're a woman, I'm assuming) with being friends with someone who wants to have sex with you. That and if there are people this man would like to have sex with other than you.
As long as there is someone else this guy would rather have sex with - someone other than you, you'll probably be fine friends.
