KATHY GRIFFIN
Her fame rose, though, with "My Life on the D-List," a reality show that began in 2005 on the Bravo cable network. The show featured Griffin's relatives, boyfriends, co-workers in the publicity business and a slew of celebs from also-rans to the most popular. The show won back-to-back Emmy awards for best reality program in 2007 and 2008.As the show evolved, Griffin said celebrity culture changed "from people becoming famous because of their talent to people becoming famous due to a sex change or something."And I love keeping up with it. Even when you look at pro sports, it less about the talent and more about the scandals. You wouldn't have believed me five years ago if I said that Brett Favre and Tiger Woods would have been all over the news for sexting," she said.
