London's red-hot property market is not alone in attracting wealthy foreigners. The capital’s art market is also booming, as millionaires from overseas pour money into trophy assets.
The value of art exports from the UK climbed 7pc to £10.5bn in the year ending April 2013, the highest level for five years, according to Thomson Reuters.
