JOSEPH BEUYS

«Beuys admired Andy a lot. He thought he was a real revolutionary artist without probably understanding it in the correct way; he had this kind of intuitive feeling that he was saying more about society in a political sense than many other artists who made direct political statements. But Andy never understood what Beuys was doing.
