Warhol's fascination with muscles and bodybuilding was obvious early in the seventies. Mr Bodybuilding himself, Arnold Schwarzenneger later remembered of that era: «I became very good friend with Andy Warhol and used to hang out at the Studio in the 70's because he was a big believer in bodybuilding and (like other hip celebrities) helped get bodybuilding out of the dungeon to make it a hip activity to do".
